I know what it’s like to love your daughter and still not know how to reach her.
Hi, I’m Aniyah.
I didn’t set out to become a healer. I set out to survive.
I became a mother as a teenager — long before I had the tools, the language, or the healing to show up the way I truly wanted to. I was carrying wounds I didn’t even have names for yet. And for years, I pressed forward the only way I knew how: one day at a time, doing the best I could with what I had.
But when my relationship with my own teenage daughter reached a breaking point, God made one thing undeniably clear: before I could pour into her, I had to be willing to go back and pour into myself.
That season of repair — painful, sacred, and necessary — became the foundation of everything Nurture with Aniyah was built on. Not theory. Not distance. Real life. Real healing. Real restoration.
Aniyah is a Licensed Master Social Worker with professional training in trauma, family systems, and human behavior. She blends her clinical expertise with lived experience to create coaching programs and educational resources that meet mothers exactly where they are — in the middle of the mess, the guilt, the love, and the longing to do better.
Her work is rooted in one powerful truth: when a mother heals, her daughter feels it. And when that relationship is restored, an entire family lineage begins to shift.
Healing isn’t just something I teach. It’s something I’ve lived. And I believe with everything in me that it is not only possible for you — it is your birthright. You don’t have to figure this out alone. You were never meant to.
